Production Processes

Sand-casting
Additionally to red brass and bronze, we also cast  multi-component bronze,  leaded bronze as well as brass and special brass, according to DIN EN 1982. Our products range up to 1000kg.
Further, all aluminium alloys are being casted according to DIN EN 1706 with a unit weight up to 150 kg and steel/stainless steel up to 700kg.

 

Gravity Die Casting
Here, we cast all Aluminium alloys according to DIN EN 1706. Unit weight usually varies between 0,020 kg and 60kg.

 

Investment Casting
With investment casting, steel and stainless steel can be casted with any unit weight between 0,1kg and 80kg.
