For optimum mould filling, a gating and feeding system is required on the mould or the part which is to be casted. <br \/>A low turbulence mould filling avoids the risk of oxide illuviation and hydrogen uptake. The aim is to produce pressure-tight and dimensionally accurate castings.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-08aaf66 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"08aaf66\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0d3a171 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0d3a171\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The depiction of undercuts on the casting is achieved with sand cores, but also with metal cores.
