Most of these large and complex shaped components are cast and thus belong to AW Schumacher&#8217;s product range. <\/p>\n<p>The mechanical properties of the components often depend on their wall thickness and are always lower with increasing wall thickness. A high performance is often achieved through a combination of thin and thick wall areas in the same casting. Casting know-how is essential here.
